When a parent loses a job, or if a wage earner is laid off, the shelves may empty quickly. Often, people struggle if medical costs arise, unable to keep up with their utility bills. SVDP Conferences offer food and utility assistance to people in emergency situations. Food pantries are maintained at some conferences, and others distribute food certificates. Our goal is to serve people with respect and dignity in their time of need.
