    Here's How It Works:

    1. Send your gift to St. Vincent de Paul.
    2. Complete the donor form provided by your company's H.R. Dept. and mail it to SVDP (1015-C S. Preston St., Louisville, Ky. 40203.)
    3. St. Vincent de Paul will document and verify your gift with your employer.
    4. Your employer will match the contribution!
