The Society of St. Vincent de Paul has been providing food, shelter and hope to those in need throughout Louisville, Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana since 1853. With six shelters, a Follow Up Program, the Open Hand Kitchen, four Thrift Stores, a donated vehicle program, and a network of 48 conferences and more than 1,000 volunteers, St. Vincent de Paul helps men, women, and children who are trying to break the cycle of poverty, homelessness and/or drug and alcohol addiction.
