In addition to the shelters and services at our inner-city campus, St. Vincent de Paul volunteers quietly help people one-on-one. Through 47 parish-based conferences, groups of trained volunteers extend our reach to families and individuals in Louisville, Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana who are facing hardship or crisis. At St. Vincent de Paul our goal is to deal with the initial emergency -- and then shepherd individuals into programs that can bring lasting change into their lives.
