SVDP-Louisville may utilize these materials in publications or other media produced, used, or contracted by SVDP-Louisville, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, and more.
To protect the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written consent from the subject photographed, or from their parent or legal guardian.
Individuals attending SVDP-Louisville events who prefer not to have their image recorded for distribution should inform the photographer and event organizers of their preferences.
By participating in a SVDP-Louisville event, you agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify SVDP-Louisville from any and all claims related to the use of your image or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with SVDP-Louisville is prohibited from using, copying, altering, or modifying SVDP-Louisville photographs, graphics, videos, or any similar reproductions and recordings without prior written permission from an authorized representative of SVDP-Louisville.
