It has been a pretty difficult year for us all. As we reflect on the many changes and challenges we’ve had this year at St. Vincent de Paul Louisville, we want to thank you for your continued support of our mission! We miss seeing you on campus, but your continued love and support has made it easier to continue our important work. Simply put, you made sure that all of our clients continued benefiting from services while we shifted to comply with all CDC and social distancing guidelines.
- You allowed us to increase the number of families we support through the pantry to over 200 per week.
- You donated hundreds of protective equipment items, effectively keeping positive COVID-19 cases to a minimum among staff and clients
- You provided over 8,500 free to go meals every month in the Open Hand Kitchen to those who needed it most.
- You helped the Family Success Center offer a safe summer program and drastically shift its programming to accommodate NTI learning, serving the children in a safe way.
We are humbled by your care and dedication to our mission, and we are genuinely thankful for you, our SVDP family. As we continue to share stories of success and gratitude this season, please know that they exist because of you. Happy Thanksgiving.
