LOUISVILLE, KY — October 2, 2023
St. Vincent de Paul Louisville (SVDP) was recently awarded a grant from the James Graham Brown Foundation (JGBF) to invest in critical technology and infrastructure needs. The $278,700 investment will allow SVDP to be more efficient and effective in carrying out our mission.
The key technology and infrastructure investments are in SVDP’s Finance, Accounting, Security and HR Systems and are currently underway. James Graham Brown’s investment provides much needed funding to help complete these projects. “St. Vincent de Paul is an important asset in our human services sector. JGBF is pleased to partner with SVDP in their efforts to improve the quality of life of their clients and to support those in need in our community,” said Mason Rummel, President and CEO of the James Graham Brown Foundation.
“In order to provide sustainability and growth for our organization, we must first invest in critical technology and infrastructure needs to strengthen operations and free up our staff to focus solely on our mission of housing, feeding, and supporting those in need with compassion and dignity,” said Dave Calzi, SVDP’s CEO and Executive Director.
