Refund Policy

Once confirmed, your donation is an unconditional and voluntary gift to the charity. Generally, charities do not refund donations due to the difficulties with tax receipting. Therefore, this organization does not issue refunds to donors for tax-deductible contribution it processes. Exceptions can be made if there are extenuating circumstances including, but not limited to system processing error or human error (extra "0's, duplicate amounts, etc.).
