Every day, we have about 300 people donate goods to our three Thrift Store locations. Every year, we serve roughly 70,000 customers in the Louisville Metro area. With that said, we believe our Thrift Stores are a vital part of who we are, allowing us to carry out our mission.
 

On the other side of every purchase is an individual or family struggling to make ends meet. You’re fighting homelessness and food insecurity because 100% of the proceeds are used to support our programs and services.
 

That’s why we want to steward each donation and ensure every customer has a quality experience to easily find the items they need. Rather than gently-used goods ending up in landfills, we recycle them, you give them a new home, and the funds go directly to those in need! It’s a win-win for everyone!

We do not accept donation drop-offs to our Shelby Park campus. However, you may drop off donations to any of our three Thrift Stores Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Hikes Point) or schedule a free pick-up for larger items.
